How does the virtual lipstick try-on work?
Upload a photo or take a selfie, choose a lipstick shade. LipSync Studio applies the chosen color to your lips as a realistic digital preview.
Are my photos stored?
No. Photos you upload are processed temporarily only to perform the lipstick try-on, and are not stored permanently on our servers.
Do I need an account to use the app?
Yes. You need to sign up and sign in to upload photos, take selfies, and try on shades using credits. Registration is free. Try-ons run on credits.
What is the credit system?
Lipstick try-ons in LipSync Studio run on a credit system. Each try-on uses 1 credit. Credits are sold as one-time packages inside the app.
Do my credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire. Any unused credits remain in your account.
How many credits does each try-on use?
Each try-on uses 1 credit. When you try different colors on the same photo, every color trial uses a separate credit.
Are credit packages a subscription?
No. Credit packages are one-time purchases. There is no automatic renewal or subscription.
Are purchased credits refundable?
Purchased credits are digital usage rights and are generally non-refundable. However, if a try-on fails for technical reasons, the used credit is automatically refunded to your account.
Do the results guarantee a real-world makeup look?
No. The results are digital previews. Real-world appearance can vary depending on lighting, skin tone, screen calibration, photo quality, and the actual product.
Can I upload images of people under 18?
No. Uploading images of people under 18 is prohibited on LipSync Studio.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed through Paddle, a secure payment provider. Final amounts and payment details are shown by Paddle during checkout.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the "Delete Account" section in the menu. This action is permanent — your account, remaining credits, favorite shades and usage history are deleted and cannot be recovered.
